Return mode (SRS - tablet)

The return station runs on the tablet. Returning a container is one step:

• Scan the container QR Code with the camera
• You’ll see “Container returned successfully” right away.

New in V3 — Offline mode

The return station now keeps working even when the internet is down.

• Returns still register instantly — staff and users see the success confirmation as normal.
• Each return is saved on the tablet and a “N pending” badge (top-right) shows how many are waiting to upload.
• When an internet connection is re-established, pending returns upload automatically — you don’t need to do anything. You can also tap the badge to upload now.
• Restarting the tablet won’t lose anything that’s pending.

If the pending count doesn’t clear after the tablet has been back online for a while, let your Reusables representative know.
